I COULD NOT STOP FOR DEATH is a YA Steampunk novel set in Edwardian-era Chicago. This is a story of a heartless body discovered by the lake, a girl who feels trapped in a gilded cage, a secret society seeking immortality, electrobiology, botany, murder, mayhem, and an explosion or two. Above all, it involves difficult choices. Choices that involve life, death, and risking your heart — literally.
